Domaine Gardies 2023 "On S'en Fish!" Cotes Catalanes, Languedoc-Roussillon, France

This fun little chugable red is another one that I feel only has one real flaw, not being a liter. We simply cannot stop drinking this wine. "On S'en Fish!" is a playful way of saying, "it doesn't matter" or "We don't care" which lets you know this is a wine created for fun around the table and not to be taken too seriously or overthought. Made from organic Cinsault and Carignan, with very, very little skin contact. The result, a light bodied, super fresh and crunchy fruit driven red that begs for salty food, light foods, veggies, good friends, laughter and several more bottles.
