This has got to be one of the most feminine of all the Sancerres we have right now. Pink grapefruit and whispers of minerals but it is the blooming white flowers that captivate us here. Lacy texture, more jasmine and gardenia on the palate with just the right balancing amount of citrus on the back for perfect pitch. Great with seafood, like oysters and such but this gentle and graceful wine is craveable to just sip.
