Domaine Pinson 2020 Chablis, Burgundy

The Pinson family name dates back to 1640 in Chablis, so they have been tending those soils for a very long time. This sultry Chablis offers so much more wine than the price tag might have you believe. Classic Chablis aromas of stones, citrus, green apple, and bread dough. Nice curve and weight in the mouth, the wine coats your palate and leaves with a beautiful salinity and more apple. Nothing here not to love.
