Natural wine made with Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Muscat. And the only Winery I know of with a Camel working in the fields.
Made from 3 grapes; Viognier, Grenache Blanc and Muscat (which is the only one whole clustered) this Moroccan Wine is a great example of an Orange Wine. Fruity notes of Nectarine and hints of white flowers give you characteristics of both Muscat and Grenache Blanc. A subtle minerality last throughout, extending the drinking experience. A slight texture of red apple adds to the mouthfeel and works well along with the minerality.
