Stefano Perrone’s Bigarò is one of Piedmont’s best aperitivo wines. Bigarò is a softly sweet, gently effervescent salmon-colored sparkler made from Brachetto and Moscato grapes. The Muscat and Brachetto combine to provide the best of what each has to offer. Similar to Moscato in sweetness, the Perrone Bigarò substitutes red fruits for Moscato’s typical tropical fruits.
