Gebruder Simon 2019 Sekt Riesling Brut, Mosel, Germany

We are always on the lookout for great German sparkling wine, or Sekt as they call it, and while there are options out there they are often at prices that rival great grower Champagne, that's why we were super excited when we came across this one. Made from 100% Riesling and done in a dry style. Peachy, some citrus and floral notes with a soft bead of bubbles and a fresh finish. Delicious.
