Description
- A pure expression of mountain Cabernet. The nose ranges from fresh brambleberry, star anise, oolong tea, and roses. The palate has an elegant structure and silkiness that bounces across your mouth with notes of high-tone blueberry & mulberry with graphite, petrichor, and briny olive. Upon entry, polished tannins take hold and are framed with incredible acidity. The two marry in harmony to create a nuanced sensory experience. This wine is drinking beautifully right now however it will definitely go the distance in regards to aging.
