Currently in the 5^th generation of family winemaking at this estate and they are cautious to limit their production to under 12,000 cases in order to ensure that they will not have to compromise quality for quantity. Made from equal parts local varieties, Hondarrabi Beltza and Hondarrabi Zuri, all hand harvested. You get the signature Txakolina spritz in this lovely and playful Rose. Flirty with fruit but there is plenty of minerality and herbal qualities as well. Great to cool you down on a warm day but so food friendly it can hold up to a wide array of options on the table.
