Working with an Irish Brewery, Jameson gives the company their used Whiskey barrels to age their Stout in. When the Brewery is done using the barrels, they are sent back to Jameson where they "finish" their Whiskey in them. This short time in these twice used barrels results in a Whiskey with subtle coffee notes, light coco flavors and juicy red apple on the finish.
