Wasn't sure how it might be holding up I popped the cork and let a good long splash settle into the glass.Found myself instantly giddy at our good fortune at the end of their mix up. Sultry savory notes up against simmered berries and dried herbs. Supple in the mouth with just a tiny scrape of acidity. So much fun to drink.
