Precision, strength and freshness are the hallmarks of Jean-Marc Brocard wines. The historic influence of the sea, complexity, and freshness from the natural acidity are reflected in each wine. His first vintage was in 1973, demonstrating the unique qualities and character of Chablis. Grapes are sourced from some of the oldest and most famous and respected vineyards in the Chablis appellation. The land from which the grapes are sourced are laden with chalk, limestone and fossilized oyster shells. Brocard havests and vinifies each vineyard parcel separately to achieve precise, fresh, and powerful expressions.
