Yet another great vintage from a great producer of New Zealand wine, Jules Taylor. Sauvignon Blanc is the Kiwi's signature white wine, and this one has the ripe grapefruit, slight grassiness and bright acidity that are the varietal's trademarks. This vintage is more lithe and supple than last year's bold tangy fruit, with ultra smooth texture and a satiny feel. There is still Jules’ pick-the-grapes-when-perfectly-ripe trademark natural acidity providing a clean and crisp finish. Very easy drinking at 13% alcohol, this is the kind of wine that makes you want to stock up.
