Fruity and bright is the easiest way to describe this Roussanne, Mourvedre, Grenache Noir, Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, Picpoul Blanc, Carignan Blend.
With some many grapes in this wine, there's no surprise there's a whole lot going on in the flavor profile. Fruit forwardness creates a big mouthfeel coating your palate. Notes of ripe strawberries, cherries and hints of peach along with delicate citrus notes similar to lemon peel make a fresh and fruitful experience. There is a little tanninc structure in the mid-palate, but the fruit does not go away. The acidity on the back end does cut down on the fullness of the wine a bit, but the fruit lingers.
