Le Machin 2021 Pinot Noir, Sta. Rita Hills

Le Machin is a project by Mike Roth of Lo-Fi wines. Roth continues to stay true to his roots with minimal intervention and a gentle approach to fruit and extraction. He had a chance to work with CCOF organic Pinot Noir, Syrah, and Chardonnay from the Santa Rita Hills and he scooped up the fruit and Le Machin was born.
