Not often do you see a domestic wine that is 100% Mondeuse, even more rare is a Pet-Nat Mondeuse.
Description
White peach and floral notes of hibiscus coat the palate first. The combination of fruit and floral creates a brunch like quality to the wine. Soft lemon peel adds some vibrancy to the bubbly, a nice round mouthfeel throughout.
