Maison Du Midi 2020 Chateauneuf-Du-Pape, Rhone Valley

This Chateauneuf-du-Pape is a special label for east coast importer, Kysela Imports. Made from selected barrels and blended to the importers specifications. This vintage is Grenache heavy with some Syrah and Mourvedre blended in. Plush and rich on the palate with both red and black fruits, cranberry and a blast of green peppercorns. Nice and dense in the mouth with a long and powerful finish. Drinking good now, with some time to open up and will hold up 15 plus years in the cellar.
