Marchand-Tawse 2017 Morey-Saint-Denis "Rue de Vergy", Burgundy
The bouquet is super aromatic, clean and fresh with blackberry and raspberry aromas along with cold stones, forest floor, spice and a touch of earthiness. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannins, with fine acidity and structure on the finish. A very satifying Morey - Saint Denis Pinot, indeed. Pair with lamb, roasted meats, lentil dishes, mushroom or truffle pastas.
