The region of Ventoux is still relatively unknown which means there are still real bang for your buck which is surely the case with this wine. Made from Grenache, Syrah, Mourvedre and Counoise, all organically grown. The nose is very deep, full of dark berries and dried herbs. On the palate the wine if more plummy than jammy, the herbs are still there and the finish is full of gentle black pepper. Easily paired with grilled and braised meats.
