Made from 50 year old vine Pinot Noir in the commune of Bouzy, organic and biodynamically grown. A super rare gem and the winery only produces 66 cases, and only in vintages that are remarkable. Low dosage lets you get lost in the tremendous layering of brilliant fruit. Baked stone fruits, heavily toasted bread, brown butter and pie crust on the nose and palate. A nearly savory palate, like salted cooked fruits and more richness from doughy and pie crust like flavors that go on forever. Only a few bottles left in the United States so this is a truly rare wine.
