This is a bright golden Grand Cru cuvee based on 80% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay. The estate is run by fifth-generation winemakers Didier and Thierry Vesselle, who follow the footsteps of their father, Maurice Vesselle, and the classic, grower-champagne house-style he established in 1955. These talented duo might have slipped under the radar of champagne lovers if it weren’t for their amazing grands crus from the Montagne de Reims, Bouzy and Tours-sur-Marne, known for pedigreed Pinot Noir. The brothers have the HVE III certification from the European Union for the high standards they follow in sustainable farming.
