This 100% Gruner is 50% direct press with the additional 50% being macerated for 4-8 hours, it is rested in stainless steel for 6 months.
This is a minerality driven wine. Briney up front, the salty crispness leads to notes of soft peach and candied lemon. More minerality on the finish really keeps the brine and candied lemon flavors going.
