Old-timers will tell you Calvados (like vintage port) doesn't really become CALVADOS until it is aged 20 years. Well, I've sampled old Calvados, and none please me more than Michel Huard's multi-vintage Hors d'Age Calvados. It's richly flavored, complex, and loaded with spice and baked fruit flavors. A blend of older brandies, this elegant blend is appley and almost creamy to the taste. Fabulous. Outstanding.
