Properly named Wildcard, this is a co-fermented apple cider and wine made with California native grapes that precede European grapes being brought over by colonizing countries. It starts out with a waxy apple profile which leads to rich apple pulp and stone fruit. Soft pluots come out and lead to a dry finish.
