Domaine de Pas de L'Escalette has 10 hectares of vineyards in Terrasses du Larzac in Languedoc that sit at 350 meters in altitude. Soils are limestone scree and surrounded by dry stone walls called clapas. Julien Zermott in the winemaker, following organic practices - he has been certified since 2012.
