Monster aromatics. Deeply toasty and doughy with buttery cooked stone fruit and citrus segments on the nose. Equally as expressive, and expansive on the palate with an explosion of densely packed cooked fruit and buttery crust with a finish that is full of brine and citrus oil. Big, chewy, lengthy and powerful. This is not a delicate Blanc de Blancs, this guy has some burly shoulders.
