Rancho Sisquoc has been handcrafting wines since 1972 out on their ranch east of the Santa Ynez Valley. Their Sylvaner is truly something special: intoxicating honeysuckle flower and apricot on the nose lead to a touch of ginger and ripe stone fruits with a hint of tropical fruit and spice. Fermented entirely in stainless steel for freshness, this is a great little sipper for any warm day. It pairs especially well with dishes showing a bit of spice, ginger, or tangy Greek salad with Feta. This wine is technically dry, with just a hint of sweetness to balance the bright acidity (1.7% RS). Perfect if you want to try something different and refreshing!
