Made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay, all organically farmed. Remi adds 30% reserve wine to this cuvee which helps bring an astounding amount of layering and richness seeing as there is zero sugar added. Deep fruit and spice on the nose, with golden raisins and roasted nuts playing against zest flecked lemon curd. Expansive on the palate with a length that is so damn alluring. Big flavors with a complexity that make this a prefect wine for salty cured meats and cheeses as well as gamier fowl or mushroom rich dishes.
