This budget friendly Bordeaux is produced by the famed Chateau Clinet located in Pomerol. This bottling is meant to express the house style, and represent the terroir of the area. A blend of three regions, Entre-Deux-Mers, Cotes-De-Bordeaux and Cotes De Castillon, and made from 100% Merlot. Made for early appreciation this wine is ready to go now and is starting to show some fun, aged fruit notes and soft tannin giving it nice complexity for a wine at this price point. Soft plummy fruit, black tea, spice, supple in the mouth, light weight and easy drinking Bordeaux that tastes of its place.
