Description

In Italian, 'sorelle' means sisters.  This winery is owned and operated by sisters Antonella and Ersiliana Bronca.  A single parcel Prosecco - Particulo 68 - the sisters have fought for quality against quantity dedicated producers for many years. This Sorelle Branca Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes in the Valdobbiadene DOCG, a prestigious site known for its quality terror. Valdobbiadene is located in the center of the Treviso province.

Prosecco is made by the tank or Charmat/Martinotti method, meaning there is no second fermentation in a bottle - all is done in the tank to preserve aromatics and fruit freshness.

Aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, candied orange peel and white peaches in a citrus frame with a dry crisp finish.  Delightful on its own or with prosciutto and melon, shellfish, popcorn, firm cow's cheeses.

The Wine Country.
