The Domaine Sorin rose is a classic dry rose from Provence. It is a blend of 60% Grenache, 30% Syrah and 10% Cinsault grapes, which have been handpicked and selected. Grapes were very gently pressed, then fermented in stainless steel tanks under temperature controlled conditions after specific yeast were selected.

The late Luc Sorin, a man Robert Parker called "one of the most exciting winegrowers" working in the south of France, purchased this 14 hectare estate in Bandol in 1994. He converted to organic practices quickly. Luc Sorin came from an uninterrupted line of family involved in Bandol winemaking that began in 1577.He famously collaborated with Seguin Moreau to invent the rotating barrel fermenter, now routinely used in leading wine regions worldwide. The domaine is just over a mile away from the Mediterranean Sea. After Luc Sorin's death, Olivier Santini, who also owns and operates the well-known Domaine Paternel in Cassis, has taken over operations.
