There is a bright salinity that is constant throughout, what really makes the wine stand out is the almost sweetarts like fruitiness it has. Ripe strawberries, orange zest and stone fruits bring some subtle idea of sweetness to the wine before a bright note of lemon zips across the palate creating the idea of tartness. Fruit comes back around on the finish.
