Not your typical California Sauvignon Blanc. The mouthfeel alone lets you know it's a natural wine.
First thing that pops out about this wine is the mouthfeel. The coating richness it has reminds me a bit of an Nigori Sake. Subtle herbal characteristics, a little pepper, and hints of minerality do a nice back and forth of savory and crisp. With the coating mouthfeel there are these peach flavors that add a freshness. These peach flavors join the back and forth between savory and crisp to round the whole thing out.
