This boutique winery, run by Orange County couple Don and Nancy Chapel, is always hitting the mark with quality and value. Their Pinot Noir is light and lithe with bright raspberry, montmorancy cherry, and rose petal on the nose. The palate is smooth and supple with red berry, mushroom, and black tea. The finish is layered and lingering. This Pinot is perfect with grilled Salmon.
