Dalton Estate 2020 Shiraz Kosher, Galilee Israel

The Dalton Winery is located in the green, mountainous region of Israel's Upper Galilee, five kilometres from the Lebanese border, overlooking the Hermon Mountain.Grapes for this Shiraz (Syrah) wine come from vineyards throughout the Calilee. One vinification was completed, the wine was aged for 12 months in small oak barrels.  Very intense aromas of black fruits - plums, blueberries - with black pepper, and hints of leather.  On the palate it is soft with fully integrated tannins.  There is a long and concentrated finish.  Pair with lamb, beef, hearty lentil or chickpea stews.

This wine is Kosher for Passover and Not Mevushal.
