Unlike most Irish Whiskeys that will use the same mashbill and just finishing spirits in different barrels. Each Dunbrody Whiskey has a unique mashbill and does all its aging in the barrel identified on the bottle.
Description
With a mashbill that is similar to a High-rye Bourbon (71% corn, 20% rye and 9% barley), this is a Bourbon drinkers Irish Whiskey. Vibrant black tea up front leads to rich notes of toffee. Light vanilla pairs with subtle rye spice to round out the finish.
