Unlike most Irish Whiskeys that will use the same mashbill and just finishing spirits in different barrels. Each Dunbrody Whiskey has a unique mashbill and does all its aging in the barrel identified on the bottle.
Description
This Irish Whiskey has a mashbill of 50% barley, 32% corn and 8% rye. Toasted vanilla and marzipan hit your palate first, creating an indulgent profile. Apple fruit leads to a spice characteristic that is a combination of earthy peat and baking spices. Soft banana fruit rounds out the finish.
