Gulfi 2019 Nero d'Avola 'Nerojbleo', Sicily

Gulfi is a somewhat newer producer in Sicily but quickly became one of the most respected producers for his minimal intervention Nero d’Avola wines from the best sites in Sicily.  His Nerojbleo (nero–ee–blay-o) is made from higher elevation vineyards giving it brighter tones than most other Nero d’Avola wines.  It’s a medium bodied wine packed with red and black plum fruits and great minerality.
