Jean-Marc Brocard 2023 Chablis "Sainte Claire", Burgundy

Jean-Marc has some of the cleanest and healthiest soils in all of Chablis. He has been shunning herbicides and all other soil destroying practices for decades. He is committed to making sure what he retrieves from the earth is healthy and full of life. We often call this bottling of his Chablis the “ladybug wine” as it has a ladybug on the label, to let people know that it is 100% organic and biodynamic. This vintage is showing plenty of ripe, lively, energetic fruit along with a core of limestone, and a finish of salted bread. Great texture and honestly, a tremendous value.
