Joseph Magnus Straight Bourbon Whiskey

Nancy takes 12 year old Bourbon then ages it for additional time in Oloroso Sherry, Pedro Ximenez Sherry and Cognac barrels separately. After blending all the Bourbon together and bottling, the result is a Whiskey with layers on top of layers of flavor. Fresh apricot and hints of apple bring a freshness to the spirit I have only found in a few Bourbons. Vanilla bean characteristics create a creamy mouthfeel which leads to savory tea leaf and baking spice notes. As I mentioned early, this Bourbon has layers, which means a lingering finish and you'll keep getting new notes every time you drink it.
