What a difference chilling down a wine can make! Like many of the carbonic wines this can be enjoyed at cellar/room temperature or chilled down before you drink it.
Description
At standard temperatures you get blackberries and ripe strawberries. The mouthfeel isn’t as full but does lead to a touch of candied fruit and finishes a bit crunchy. When you chill it down your palate is greeted with plum and blueberry fruit. Hints of black cherry come out on the finish, it has a bigger coating mouthfeel as well.
