This 100% Pinot Grigio was whole cluster pressed and rested in stainless steel for 30 days before bottling. Vibrant salinity is consistent throughout your drinking enjoyment, keeping the overall flavor profile of the wine “zippy”. There is a good amount of tropical fruit, notes of honeydew and apricot are the most prominent. But again, that salinity keeps gives the wine a light mouthfeel.
