Remo Farina 2019 Amarone della Valpolicella Classico, Veneto

I loved the balance of this classic Amarone by Farina.  It offers all the richness and complexity of good Amarone without going over the top.  This is an elegant and refined Amarone that is full bodied, velvety and satisfying with plenty of dried red cherry fruit, baking spice, balsamic and hints of mocha.  This is an Amarone you can enjoy with dinner or with some gorgonzola dolce cheese after dinner. – Kevin Lepisto
