Talley 2021 Estate Pinot Noir, San Luis Obispo Coast

The Talley family has been farming in this valley for three generations now, and all of the fruit is from the estate and organically grown with love. Brian Talley crafts suberb Pinot Noir and Chadonnay. This Pinot packs quite a bit of juicy red berry alongside a touch of vanilla, cola, and a nice touch of white pepper to complement the ripe fruit. Medium weight and a long finish, this is great with stuffed pork, prime rib, and even pasta with roasted veggies.
