All About Cabernet Sauvignon!

Napa Valley & Washington State

Reserve here

Napa and Washington represent two of the best regions for Cabernet in the United States, and for good reason. Their elegance and ageability rival Cabernet from anywhere in the world. Napa’s borderline obsessive pursuit of perfection produces delicious, fruit-forward wines, while Washington’s cooler climate brings structure and balance that’s earned the region serious respect. We’re pouring examples that show how different climates and winemaking styles shape this iconic varietal.

Saturday February 7

Chinon, Anjou, Vouvray, Sancerre

The Loire Valley is known for wines that are fresh, diverse, and can pair with just about anything. They run the full spectrum from bright Cabernet Franc in Chinon to crisp Sauvignon Blanc in Sancerre, with Chenin Blanc from Vouvray in between. Come taste what keeps wine lovers coming back for more!

All About Spanish Tempranillo!

Classic Red Wines from Rioja, Ribera del Duero & Toro

Reserve here

We love Spanish wine for its quality-to-price ratio and Spanish Tempranillo is one of the best examples of that. These wines show completely different personalities depending on where they’re grown: Rioja brings elegance and structure, Ribera del Duero delivers power, while Toro produces fresh wines that still manage a serious intensity. These are all food-friendly, age-worthy red wines that punch well above their price point.

Saturday February 21

Rhône Valley 101

Hermitage, Cornas, Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, and Condrieu

Reserve here

The Rhône Valley is split between two distinct styles: the Northern Rhône produces powerful, peppery Syrah, while the Southern Rhône is known for Grenache-based blends with warmth and spice. We’ll cover the essential appellations to show you the breadth of what the Rhône has to offer. The only homework is deciding which bottles to bring home!

Saturday February 28

The Red Wines of Northern Italy

Alto Adige, Piedmont, and more!

Northern Italy produces some of the country’s most elegant red wines, mostly because vineyards there thrive in the foothills of the snowy Alps and are cradled by warm Mediterranean air from the south. From the alpine Alto Adige to the structured Nebbiolo of Piedmont, these wines show the best of cool climate winemaking in Italy.
