Napa and Washington represent two of the best regions for Cabernet in the United States, and for good reason. Their elegance and ageability rival Cabernet from anywhere in the world. Napa’s borderline obsessive pursuit of perfection produces delicious, fruit-forward wines, while Washington’s cooler climate brings structure and balance that’s earned the region serious respect. We’re pouring examples that show how different climates and winemaking styles shape this iconic varietal.
