Only 500 cases made. This beautiful sparkler is made from Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and a little Savagnin, all organically grown. Toasty but still lighter and elegant on the palate. You get bready flavors along with white peach and almonds. This is the end of this wine though, Xavier Reverchon sold the winery and there will be no more sparkling, so get your hands on this super-value bubbly while you can.
