Description
Cherry compote pairs with tomato leaf savoriness to bring great balance. With 25% whole cluster fermentation, there is a soft candied fruit idea, but the light tannins of the wine allow cigar leaf and more of the tomato leaf characteristics to shine on the finish and linger on the palate.
