Description
A treasure on the rare occasions we can offer this, Minéral is always a vintage champagne, this cuvée coming from two selected vineyard blocks (Champ bouton in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant) with the same geological profile: a thin layer of soil barely covering the chalk. Precise, savory, and saline, Minéral offers the chalky dimension of the terroir.
