Ameztoi 2024 Getariako Txakolina "Rubentis" Rosé, Basque Country, Spain

Rubentis was the first in the area to make a Rose, this one made from a blend of local indigenous grapes, Hondarrabi Beltza and Hondarrabi Zuri. Made with older vines, some from as far back as 1918, this wine offers such punch behind the classic spritz of a Basque country Txakolina. Wonderful with seafood, simply prepared chicken dishes, a baking summer sun and friends around the table.
