While there are some herbal characteristics to the wine, it doesn't have the peppery flavor most would be used to for wines from the Southern Hemisphere.
Description
Dried herbs up front lead to soft notes of tropical fruit. A nice little bit of salinity creates a vibrancy to the wine. More citrus fruit comes out on the finish, a combination of orange and lemon peels.
