A blend of 80% Grolleau and 20% Cab Franc, the wine was foot treaded and aged in cement.
Description
This is a great “Glou Glou” wine; rich black fruit up front, lots of blackberries and boysenberries create an easy entry point for the wine. The Cab Franc brings along soft savory herbs and light acidity to create balance. If you put a chill on the bottle, you’ll get more fruit and less of the herbal characteristics.
